She was predeceased by: her parents, David Worthington and Goldia Barrow Worthington. She is survived by: her husband Greg Fergason; her son David Owens (Lori) of Winterville; her grandsons, Jack David Owens and Cody Smull; her stepchildren, Megan, Meredith, Mark, William and Bradley; and her stepbrother Chip Chapman. She is also survived by four Step Grandchildren.
