With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean McGowan Collie of Greenville, North Carolina, who passed away on June 14, 2023 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd McGowan and Lila Mae Forbes McGowan; her former husband Marion Collie Sr. (Louis); and her sister Betty Lee of Greenville, NC.. She is survived by: her child Marion Collie, Jr. (Louis); her grandchildren, Caroline Collie Fricke (Ryan), Jacqueline Collie Baggett (Joseph), Mary McGowan Collie, Katharine Collie and Hugh Collie; her sister Carole Smith of Greenville, NC.; and her husband Louis Collie.
