He is survived by: his wife Mary Harris Kelly; his daughters, Emily A. Kelly, Evlynn Hamm and Mary Elaine Whitfield; his stepson Linwood Earl Williams; his grandchildren, Jamie Lee, Brittany Whitfield, Whitney N. Allen, Nathaniel B. Shepard and Christopher Williams; his nephew David Evans; and his nieces, Lisa Evans and Kelly Evans. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
