He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar and Laura Webster; and his brother Doc Webster. He is survived by: his wife Winnifred Webster; his children, Timothy Webster (Tara), Troy Webster (Karen), Tina Penny (David) and Teresa Palma; his grandchildren, TJ Webster, Hannah, Sarah Penny, Athena Palma, Lauren Blount (Gary), Miranda Cooper, Grace Cooper, Shaun, Ethan, Kaden, Briella and Jessica Worles (Marcus); his great grandchildren, Kirk and Collin Blount; and his sister Ruth Dorkin (Ron). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
