He is survived by: his wife Lucille Everett Mills; his children, Dallas Eugene Mills (Debra), Donna Mills, Tammy Stallings (Kenneth) and Cindy Brown (Bryant); and his sister Hazel Forest. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
