He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert James Haislip and Bernice Hopkins Haislip. He is survived by: his daughter Rebecca Haislip of Greenville, NC; his siblings, Bernice Ann Hardison (Gary) of Robersonville, NC and Dan Haislip (Suzanne Carr) of Grifton, NC; and his godmother Linda Hoggard of Robersonville, NC. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
