He was predeceased by: his parents, Jefferson David McDuffy and Nellie B. Anderson McDuffy; his siblings, Luther, Jesse Anderson and Mary McDuffy; and his granddaughter Denisha Hemby.
He is survived by: his children, Qunicy Wooten of Greenville, NC, Timothy Yarrell (Marlow) of Greensboro, NC and Zipporah of Greenville, NC; his sister Helen Stancil of Greenville, NC; his sisters-in-law, Ruby Anderson of Greenville, NC and Gloristeen Anderson of Greenville, NC; and his close friend Edna Godley of Greenville, NC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
