She was predeceased by: her parents, Barney Mills and Ruth Williams Mills; her husband Ottis Mills; and her siblings, Howard, Barney J, Raymond Mills (Brenda Bibbs Mills), Hazel Mills Harris (Elvin) and Patsy Mills Neal (Earl).
She is survived by: her nephews, Doug Grizzard, Kevin Mills and Blair Neal; her close friends, Tom Adams, Robbie Cox and Charles Daniels; her sister Marjrie Mills Grizzard (Joe); her son Randy Stephen Mills (Tomenah Hudson Mills) of Washington; her granddaughter Jamie Mills Harrison (Jason) of Washington; and her great grandchildren, Jackson Stephen Harrison and Mills Scott Harrison.
In lieu of flowers, it is requested that memorial gifts be made to the Washington Assembly of God Youth Ministry.
