He was predeceased by: his parents, Velma Beddard Edwards (Kitty) and Fred Edwards, Sr.; his significant other Annie Ree Hardee Edwards; his daughters, Rhonda Edwards Raper and Sarah Edwards Nichols; and his siblings, Jane Anthony, Tull McArthur, Lucille Sumrell, Fred Edwards, Jr. and Lindy Edwards.
He is survived by: his daughter Sharon Harris (Kirby); his grandchildren, Lee Bailey (Vanessa), Courtney Hardee (Trey), Dale Harris, Tyler Nichols (Tiffany) and Wesley Nichols (Anna); his great grandchildren, Colton Bailey, Weston, Wyatt, Sawyer Hardee, Lillyanne and Layla Nichols; his siblings, Peggy Paige and Jimmy Edwards; and his sister-in-law Frances Edwards.
