She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Roberts and Mary Freeman Roberts; her husband Samuel Otis Worthington Jr.; her brothers, Freeman, Alfred (Jack), Joe and Eddie Roberts; her nephew Rickey Roberts; and her sisters, Mary Rhodes, Henrietta Fox and Catherine Lewis.

She is survived by: her daughters, Lydia Campbell Worthington of Grimesland, NC and Polly Worthington Buhmeyer (John); her granddaughters, Olivia and Emma Buhmeyer of Charleston, SC; her siblings, Wanda Thurmond and Randall Roberts; her niece Terri Price; and her nephew Dennie Roberts.
