With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen Watson Kleinert (Greenville, North Carolina), born in Kenly, North Carolina, who passed away on November 14, 2020 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Harvey and Edna Earle Wiggs Watson; her husband James A. Kleinert; and her daughter-in-law Lynn Scarborough. She is survived by: her children, Teresa K. Kupecki (Mike) of Greenville, James "Jim" Kleinert, Jr. of Nags Head, Jan K. Bieneck (Bjorn) of Fredericksburg, VA and Lorri K. Andrade of Greenville; her sister-in-law Joyce K. Anderson of Wilson; her grandchildren, Chelle Poteat (Chris), Ellen Kupecki, Emily Kupecki, Anna Shaw (Dustin), Nick Bieneck and Philip Bieneck; her great grandchildren, Cole, Noah Poteat, Levin Miller, Miles and Maybelle Shaw; and her cousin Vonalita Jones. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19, a private service and entombment will be held.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. James United Methodist Church, 2000 E. 6th Street, Greenville, NC 27858.
