She is survived by: her former spouse Willie Weeks of North Carolina; her spouse Jamie Dewey Blackwell; her sons, Thomas Weeks, Jerome Weeks (Phebie) and Jamie Dewey Blackwell, Jr.; and her siblings, Samuel Stephenson (Jerri), Walter Stephenson (Janice) and Beulah Stephenson (Willie). She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
