He was predeceased by: his wife Earline Peaden Case; and his siblings, James Roy Case, Mark Case, Joe Case, Larry Case, Marie C. Overton, Lena Ruth C. Peaden and Janie C. Morris.
He is survived by: his children, Gerry Laurel Case of Greenville, Robin Case Nixon of Greenville and Harvey R. Case, Jr. (Jackie) of New Bern; his grandchildren, Chris Dail of Greenville, Kathryn Dudley (Matt) of Nashville, TN and Matthew Case of Greenville, SC; his siblings, Eugene Case of Ayden, Lib C. Thomas of Mebane and Ann C. Crawford (Willis) of Bell Arthur; and his sisters-in-law, Evelyn M. Case of Wendell, Joanne Case of Greenville and Margie C. Case of Greenville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
