He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Mills and Thelma Ree Buck Mills; and his son-in-law Danny Spain. He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Faye Gray; his daughter Sherry Spain; his granddaughter Danielle Staats (Bill); and his sister Judy Williams (Jackson). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
