He was predeceased by: his parents, Ortis Karriker and Nola Karriker; his son Brent Alan Karriker; and his siblings, Mildred Karriker Poole, Ethel Karriker Cline, Evelyn Karriker, Ortis Lee Karriker, Jr., Thomas Karriker and Leon Karriker.
He is survived by: his wife Mildred Ketner Karriker (Millie); his son Todd Anthony Karriker (Joy) of Greenville; and his grandchildren, Forrest Daniel Karriker of Durham and Elisabeth Hope Karriker (Elise) of Greenville.
