It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Wiley Stancil (Greenville, North Carolina), who passed away on July 31, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarah Stancil and Junius Wiley Stancil; his sister Lou Ellen Meeks; and his son Captain Anthony "Tony" Wiley Stancil. He is survived by: his wife Brownie Harrington Stancil; his son Dr. Jon Scott Stancil (Daniale Stancil); his grandchildren, Seth, Todd and Brooke Stancil; and his siblings, Wertie Brown and Wayne Stancil.
