He was predeceased by: his mother Louise Folk. He is survived by: his wife Cristy Folk; his daughters, Diana Folk of Pembroke Pines, FL and Natalie Folk (Chris Raplee) of Apex; his grandchildren, Hailey Raplee and Maverick Raplee; his father Ed Folk of Greenville; and his siblings, Susan Dobie (Bob) and Rod Folk (Nancy).
