She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Flake and Lula Rasberry Flake; and her brother James Samuel Flake (J. S.) of Greenville. She is survived by: her husband James Edward Lewis; her siblings, Elmer Flake (Inga) of Farmville and Sue Flake Hedgepeth (Alton); and her sister-in-law Ann Wicker Flake of Greenville. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews and their children.
