Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Gaynell Briley Lewis (Greenville, North Carolina), who passed away at the age of 93, on April 2, 2023. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Briley and Lillie Martin Briley; and her husband Willie Leighton Lewis. She is survived by: her children, Darrell Lewis (Grace) of Rock Hill and Elaine Peele (Eddie) of Bethel. She is also survived by three grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Roanoke Association of the Visually Impaired.
