She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Little and Rubelle Dixon Little; her former husband Charles Wells Wainright; her grandson Kennedy Wells Wainright; and her sister Daphne L. Richardson.
She is survived by: her husband Mac Joyner; her sons, Charles Herman Wainright (Lisa) of Winterville and Nathan Wells Wainright (Shannon) of Winterville; her grandchildren, Caitlin Wainright Clark (Sam), Caroline Wainright Bessey (Aaron), Adam Charles Wainright (Casey), Kolby Ryan, Emme Ray and Raegan Kate Wainright; her great grandchildren, Ollie, Jay, Lillian and Olivia; her sisters, Kathryn L. Vincent and Clarene L. Brock; her stepdaughters, Jessica and Jonsi Joyner; her grandson Justin Honeycutt; and her extended family, Nursery, Caesar Crandall Jr., Oscar and Fred Grimes.
