He was predeceased by: his father Thomas J Vasta; and his brother Thomas M Vasta. He is survived by: his mother Clara Vasta; his sister Anne Baldauf (James Baldauf) of New York; and his children, Jennifer Walker, Vincent Palmeri, Nicholas Palmeri and Melissa Palmeri of Long Island.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Muscular Dystrophy Association in his name.
