He is survived by: his wife Janet Jo Booth (Leak); his children, Kelley Jo Fry (Bryan) of Wilmington, Christopher Forrest Booth (Sondra) of Ambia and Kamela DeSutter (Patrick) of Greenville; his grandchildren, Rachel Sarvis (Josh), Ashton Fry, Rebekah Fry, Ashley Cebula (Justin), Andrew Booth, Matthew DeSutter, Tyler DeSutter and Cameron DeSutter; his great grandchildren, Brady Sarvis and Lily Sarvis; his sister Sandra Barnard (Ross); and his half-sister Mary Hardaway.
