She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Moore and Nonie Rawls Moore; her husband Johnny Perkins, Sr.; her sons, Johnny, Jr., Troy, Roy and Edgar Allen; and her siblings, Ernest, Jr., Robert Lee, Woodrow, John Henry, Winnie, Carrie, Patsy, Sally and Pandora.
She is survived by: her sons, Lonnie (Ruby), James, Cleveland, Andre (Stephanie) and Derrick; her brothers, Charles (Edna), Willie (Frances) and Raymond (Theadora); her aunt Bertha; and her daughters-in-law, Valerie and Eileen. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, and a host of great grandchildren.
