She was predeceased by: her parents, Coy Bullock and Cora Lee Bullock; her husband James Harold Bailey; her son Jimmy Bailey; and her granddaughter Natasha Bailey.
She is survived by: her children, Tony Bailey of Washington, Coy Bailey (Mary) of Stokes, Joyce Barnes of Washington and Jessie Bryant of Washington; her grandchildren, Amanda Starling (Steve) of Winterville, Lauren Adams (Shawn) of Ayden, David Bailey of Oregon and Anthony Bailey of Kinston; her great grandchildren, Logan, Will and Matt; and her pets, Kaleb and Lucky.
