She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Cyrus Dawson and Edna Deal Dawson; her husband Joe Pecheles; and her sons, Joseph "Dana" Pecheles and David Pecheles.
She is survived by: her son Brian L. Pecheles (Suzanne) of Greenville; her grandson Joseph Brian Pecheles (Missy) of London, England; and her sister Charlotte Dawson Lane of Fayetteville. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
