It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elbert Earl Barber Sr. (Greenville, North Carolina), who passed away on November 15, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Elbert Wilbur Barber; his wife Sybil Marie Jordan; his son Rex Allen Barber; and his siblings, James Colon Barber, Joe Barber and Brenda Hilton.
He is survived by: his sons, Elbert Earl "Bert" Barber, Jr. (Denise) of North Augusta, SC and Christopher Scott Barber of Hollywood, FL; his daughter-in-law DeAnne Barber of Zebulon; and his sister Lela Styons of Jamesville. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren.
