She is survived by: her former husband William Harvey Whichard; her children, Edna Minor (Steven) of Williamston, NC, Phyllis Hines of Morrisville, NC, Joel Moore (Margaret) of Richmond, VA, Lisa Moore-Ebron of Greenville, NC, Cornelius Moore (Irene) of Honolulu, HI, Wayland Moore (Chandra) of Greenville, NC and Eldred Moore of Greenville, NC; her sisters-in-law, Margie Spain and Florence Diggs; her nephew Jerrol Moore of Bridgeport, CT; and her niece Mary Perkins of Greenville, NC. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren, 28 great-great-grandchildren.
