He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cullie Earl Seay and Lula Marie Bailey; his wife Dorothy S. Seay; his sons, Kenton B. Seay (Pam) of York, PA and Stanley E. Seay of Hope Mills, NC; his stepgrandson Tyler Wagner of York, PA.; his sister Louise S. Keesler of Spartanburg; his nephews, Gregory D. Keesler and James M. Keesler (Rusty) of Spartanburg; and his cousin William C. Grimes of Irmo, SC.
