He is survived by: his wife Virginia Mills Gurkins; his children, Mike Gurkins (Sandra) and Kristy Gurkins Dail (Stacy); his grandchildren, Alecia Gurkins Sanders (Hunter), Cole Dail (Hannah), Nick Gurkins and Hunter Dail; his siblings, Mary Jane Vanderburg, Joyce Anna Coward (Tom) and James Ed Gurkins (Virginia); and his close friends, Tommy, Geraldine Scott and Henry Johnson. He is also survived by his kids, grandkids and friends.
