She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Collins and Elizabeth Godwin Collins. She is survived by: her children, Lourie Ann Meade of Fayetteville, Courtney Nicole Baker of Tennessee and Ricky Brian Gurley of Missouri; her sisters, Marie Lee, Beatrice Tomlin and Elvie Manning; her friends, Shelia Lassiter and Debra Brayboy; her grandchild Cierra Hyman; and her great grandchildren, Imani Green, Cortez Baker, Amir Baker, O'Miyah Narcisse, O'Shayla Narcisse, Bentley Hyman and Londyn Williams.
