He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Bullard and Virginia Bullard; and his father-in-law Norman Wicks. He is survived by: his wife Judy Bullard; his children, Diana Bullard, Matt Bullard (Catey) and Scott Bullard (Jen); his grandchildren, Evie Engle, Elora Bullard, Maxwell Bullard, Remi Bullard, Reese Campbell and Palmer Campbell; his brother Steve Bullard; his mother-in-law Lucy Wicks; and his sister-in-law Cindy Thomas (Kevin).
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Smith Funeral Service & Crematory (605 Country Club Dr, Greenville, NC 27834).
