He was predeceased by: his daughter Heather Davis; his parents, Herman Davis and Barbara Davis; his parents-in-law, George Noble and Pauline Noble; his brother Donald Davis; and his siblings-in-law, Charles Allen, Norm Farmer, Barry Noble, Shirley Davis and Rachel Sutton.
He is survived by: his wife Eunice Noble Davis; his daughters, Suzanne Davis Yester and Melissa Davis; his grandsons, Jake Yester and Jason Davis; his siblings, Thomas Davis (Marie) of Oxford and Mary Allen-Farmer of Frederick; his siblings-in-law, Robert Noble (Veronica) of Raleigh, Michael Sutton of Ayden and Doris Noble of Raleigh; his daughter Shirley Rhodes; and his son-in-law Michael Yester (David Rich).
