He is survived by: his wife Janice Batie; his daughter Courtney Bates; his son-in-law Bucky Bates; his granddaughter Layla Bates; his son Brandon Harris; his daughter-in-law Brittany Harris; his grandson Wray Harris; and his brother Steve Batie.
