He is survived by: his wife Sandra Butts Warren; his children, David Lee Warren, Jr. (Glenda) of Farmville and Terry Warren Sawyer (Lloyd) of Washington; his grandchildren, Megan Waters (Lin), Ashlan Crouch (Reid), Aubrey Warren, Luke Warren, Chase Warren, Reed Warren and Kenley Warren; his great grandchildren, Wyatt Waters and Grey Waters; and his brother Ray Warren (Lois) of Tarboro.
