He is survived by: his wife Sandra E. Williams; his children, Cory Darnell of Greenville, NC, Terrance Lamont, Tracy Lavern of Tarboro, NC and Carla Dynette; and his siblings, Ray Modlin of Battleboro, NC, Steve Modlin of Little Easenburg, NC, David Modlin of Norfolk, VA and Jean Woodard of Tarboro, NC. He is also survived by two grandchildren and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
