She was predeceased by: her husband Jimmie Charles Mills; her parents, Cornelius Harris and Mary Harris; her children, Jimmie Mills, Jr. and Rebecca Blaile; and her grandsons, Joshua Harris and Ronald Mills, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Mills of Berkeley Springs, WV and Ronald Mills (Itis) of Alexandria, VA; her grandchildren, Jeff, Chrissy, Steven, Angel, Melissa, Melinda, Russell and Lexi; and her siblings, John Harris and Gloria Farmer. She is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren.
