He is survived by: his wife Nesa Ann Worthington; his daughters, Janet Forrest (Elvy) of Greenville, Wendy Worthington of Greenville and Christy Barnett (Chris) of Greenville; his sister Alma Reason (William) of Wilson; his niece Lisa Dickerson (David) of Winterville; and his granddaughters, Sue Ann Forrest, Elizabeth Barnett, Page Johnson, Jaymison Johnson and Rachel Barnett.
