With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Chester Don Worthington Jr. (Greenville, North Carolina), who passed away on July 12, 2019 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Worthington and Lela Fields Worthington; and his sisters, Mary Elizabeth Britt and Sue Smith. He is survived by: his wife Pattie; his children, Donna Williams (Tod) and Mike Worthington (Sandie); his grandchildren, Worth Williams (Haley), Ellen Williams (Nolan Klenow), Carson Worthington and Grant Worthington; his great grandchild Worth Williams, Jr.; his siblings, Kincey Worthington (Donna), L. F. Worthington (Helen) and Lurae Flake; his siblings-in-law, Clara Faye Whitley and Carl Crawford, Jr. (Susan); and his friend Dr. Ray Evans (Pat). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
