She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Jones and Bessie Jones; and her husband Walter Louis Barnes Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Taylor and Judy Suldo; her sons-in-law, Arthur W. Taylor III and Michael R. Suldo; and her grandchildren, Amy Blanchard (Daniel), Andrew Taylor (Jessica), Laura Etheridge (Randall), Christopher Suldo, Jonathan Suldo and Sarah Crochet (Cullen). She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Princess Anne Memorial Park (1110 N Great Neck Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23454).
