He is survived by: his wife Beverly Lane Owens; his children, C. Ryan Owens (Amanda) of Knightdale, NC, Rev. Shannon O. Ross (Hank) of Elizabethtown, NC and Cliff L. Owens (Becky) of Chadbourn, NC; his grandchildren, Samuel L. Ross, Karly L. Ross, Aldyn L. Ross, Sarah A. Owens, Parker L. Owens, Lucien G. Owens and Hadley I. Owens; his brothers, Chuck Waller (Lisa), Scott Waller (Donna) and Wes Waller (Lorie); his sister-in-law Bonnie Mills (John); and his nephews, Aaron Smuzynski and Damon Smuzyznski (Melissa).
