He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas MD; his siblings, Bobby Wayne Manning, Grady Glen Manning, Theresa M. Lassiter and Betty Sue Savage; and his brothers-in-law, Art Dellano, Sonny Lassiter and Thomas Bogey.
He is survived by: his wife Jackie Manning; his children, Bobby Wayne Manning (Heather) and Brooklyn Rawlins (Dwayne); his grandchildren, Matthew Doughtie (Crystal), Breanna Culler, Abigayle Culler, Trysten Culler, Skylar Manning, Mason Doughtie, Kinsley Doughtie, Nathan Peaden, Parker Peaden, Britany Rawlins, Breane Rawlins and Logan Rawlins; his siblings, Carolyn Bogey, Barbara Dellano, Deloris Davis, Tom Manning, Rick Manning and Lawrence Manning; and his sisters-in-law, Vickie Manning and Beth Manning.
