She was predeceased by: her husbands, William Whitfield Coward and Leonard Woolard; and her brothers, Junior Tyson and Jimmy Tyson. She is survived by: her children, Muriel Haddock, Judy Woolard (Joe), Jokay Smith (Dennis) and William "Pete" Coward; her grandsons, Drew Smith and Will Smith (Kari); her great grandchildren, Emma and Karis Smith; and her brothers, Jessie Tyson (Donna) and Burnice Tyson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
