We are sad to announce that on July 12, 2020, at the age of 79, Albert Richard Riggan of Greenville, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Riggan and Catherine Hicks Riggan; his wife Jean Barnes Riggan; and his brothers, Robert Riggan and Pearson Riggan.
He is survived by: his children, David Riggan (Marie) of New Bern, Joyce Hawkins of Florida and Jenny L. Riggan of Stantonsburg; and his grandchildren, Charlene Hawkins, Austin Riggan, Zack Farnham, Madisson Toler, Blade Toler and Vince Riggan.
