It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Albert Ray Langston (Greenville, North Carolina), born in Wilmington, North Carolina, who passed away on April 14, 2019, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandson Jesse Ray; his stepson Cj Adams; his parents, Albert Langston and Hazel Langston; and his grandparents, Furney and Ella Howard.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his siblings, Lynn of Shallotte, Wayne of Wilmington, Sandy Kinney (Joel) of Newport and Janet Odom (Dempsey) of Leland; his nephews, Allan and Matthew Langston; his niece Angie Langston; and his close friends, Skinny Keny of Leland, Tyke Adams of Dover and Mark Manwaring of Tennessee.
In lieu of flowers, Albert's greatest enjoyment would be for you to take a child to the zoo, fishing, hunting, visit historical sites, the mountains, or the beach.A heartfelt thank you to the staff of Vidant Home Health & Hospice for their professional and supportive care during Albert's illness.
