He is survived by: his wife Edna Randolph Lanier; his son Jeff Lanier (Ellen); his grandchildren, Joshua Lanier and Jessica Leal (Margarito); his great grandchildren, Sienna and Olivia; and his siblings, Gary Lanier (Claudia), Raymond Lanier (Sandy) and Joanne Lanier (John). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 3:45 PM at the Wilkerson Funeral Home & Crematory - Greenville (2100 E 5th St, Greenville, NC 27858). A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
