We are sad to announce that on February 21, 2025, at the age of 87, Shirley Ann Riddle (Greensboro, North Carolina), born in Lenoir, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Shirley Ann leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her husband Dave Riddle. She is survived by: her daughters, Teresa Byrd Shannon (Richard) of Greensboro, NC and Sharon Byrd Tetterton (Michael) of Lexington, KY.; and her grandchildren, Megan, Matthew, Andrew, Chris, Taylor, Jordan and Leslie.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hanes-Lineberry Sedgefield Chapel (6000 W Gate City Blvd, Greensboro, NC 27407). A burial will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Guilford Memorial Park Cemetery.
