She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wayne Hooper and Elizabeth Ann Hill; and her sister Leisa Knight. She is survived by: her daughter Allison Belvin (Michael); her grandchildren, Jaydun and Jaclyn; her son Kyle Gerner (Erica); her grandchildren, Korbin and Kyleigh; her daughter Salina Kimball; her grandchildren, Xander and Angel; and her siblings, Alton Knight (LeeAnn Brookshire), Melissa Amoe (Joe), Debbie Johnson (Bruce) and Brenda Rye (Curtis). She is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 25th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Home of Allison Belvin (2375 Mt Hope Church Rd, Whitsett, NC 27377).
The family has chosen to send donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - Sheila Williams.
