He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph J. Peeler, Sr. and Geneva Weant Peeler; his brother-in-law Charles Winkler; his nephew Joe Winkler; his parents-in-law, Claude Moore and Emma Moore McIntyre; and his siblings-in-law, Sonny Moore, Doris Jarman and T. H. Jarman.
He is survived by: his wife Kay Moore Peeler; his children, Jeff Peeler (Kelly) and Susan Natsis; his great grandchild Henry Peeler; his sister Ann Winkler; and his nephew Scott Winkler (Jeanne).
