She was predeceased by: her parents, Garnett Lee Puckett Sr. and Maggie Flack Puckett; her husband Alfred Worley; her daughters, Tammy Neville and Heather Worley; her son-in-law Greg Martin; and her siblings, Betty Lou Puckett, Buck, Fred and Pete Puckett.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Martin, Theresa Wilson (Lanny) and Tonya Hodgin (Jeff); her son-in-law Donnie Neville; her grandchildren, Donnie Slate, Brandi Truitt (Josh), Taylor Thompson, Gracie Hodgin (Tyler) and Addington Hodgin; her great grandchildren, Lilly, Corey and Joshua Truitt, Jr.; and her sister Sue Cranford (Andy).
A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Lakeview Memorial Park (3600 N O. Henry Blvd, Greensboro, NC 27405).
