It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Jean Plymel (Greensboro, North Carolina), born in Suwannee, Florida, who passed away on January 11, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Calvin Plymel and Lessie Mae Plymel; her husband George Henry Meadows Sr.; and her siblings, Boyd Thomas Plymel, Pearla Mae Floyd, Dorothy Fae Weaver and Patricia Ann Aultman.
She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Trail (Scott), George Meadows Jr. and Benjamin Meadows; her grandchildren, Cheyenne Trail, Gracie Trail and Isaiah Meadows; and her sisters, Mary Ellen Wright and Helen Evon Cibik.
